HOW DO VIRTUAL CLASSES WORK?
Virtual classes run through the use of zoom meetings. You will need to have a device capable of running "ZOOM" in order to connect to the virtual workout room and participate in a class.
WHAT TYPE OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND TO PARTICIPATE IN VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES?
It is recommended that you have a pair of dumbbells (hand weights) and a mat to participate in a class; however, classes that primarily use body weight are offered.
DO YOU OFFER CLASSES THAT DON'T REQUIRE EQUIPMENT?
Yes! For members who have limited equipment, feel free to try the "Interval" and "Target Core & Mobility" classes which primarily incorporate body weight exercises and have the option to add in weights, though not required.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?
Yes, personal training services are currently being offered virtually until the Toronto Lockdown is lifted and at-home or in-studio personal training can resume with cautious and sanitary measures. Mobile personal training services are offered. Please inquire for details.
