TRAINING SCHEDULE

 

Mondays: 7:15PM - 7:55PM

TARGET CORE & MOBILITY

The target of this class is to train the core musculature followed by a mobility and flexibility component to leave your body feeling great for the evening.

Equipment: No equipment required (however; feel free to incorporate weights or bands into your workout)

Thursdays: 6:00PM - 7:00PM

BOOTCAMP

This class trains the entire body, from the legs to the back to the core by using circuit training methods. Fun and sweat guaranteed! 

Equipment: A pair of hand weights will do the job.

Sundays: 10:30AM - 11:15AM

INTERVAL

If you love (or need to implement) cardiovascular and core-centered training in your routine, then this class is designed to make you work. I guarantee you will finish the class sweaty and wanting more. Get ready to look at the stop watch like never before!
